Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of CoTrip. By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms form an agreement between you and CoTrip for use of the website, account features, hotel catalog, outreach tools, subscriptions, and Connect. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. Mandatory rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, keep contact details current, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. The CoTrip service
CoTrip helps creators discover admin-curated hotel records, prepare collaboration outreach, send user-approved campaigns, and monitor available delivery and reply information. Features may evolve, and availability can depend on third-party providers, destination coverage, account status, and technical capacity.
4. Premium and Connect
Current plans, prices, and included benefits are displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout. Premium grants 1,000 Connect at activation and another 1,000 each paid month; yearly Premium grants them monthly, not all at once. Unused Connect rolls over and remains after Premium ends, but active Premium is required to use it. A city unlock costs 100 Connect and covers the same normalized city, country, and category for seven days; each actually sent hotel email costs 1 Connect after an exact quote and confirmation. Additional Connect packs are available only to active Premium members.
5. Payments, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
You authorize the displayed payment provider to charge the price, currency, and applicable taxes shown at checkout. A subscription renews only when renewal is disclosed, supported, and enabled for that purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; annual access and monthly grants continue until then. Refund and withdrawal rights follow mandatory law and any checkout-specific terms. Connect is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed outside CoTrip.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use CoTrip for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, infringing, or unsolicited bulk activity; scrape or harvest data; bypass access or Connect controls; interfere with security or availability; upload malicious code; impersonate others; or violate email, privacy, advertising, sanctions, or consumer-protection rules.
7. Your content and outreach
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CoTrip the limited permission needed to host, process, format, and transmit that content to provide the service. You are responsible for recipient selection, message accuracy, claims, permissions, disclosures, and compliance of each outreach campaign. CoTrip does not guarantee delivery, replies, collaborations, or commercial results.
8. Catalog data and third-party services
Hotel and contact records may change or contain errors, and inclusion does not mean endorsement or consent to every message. You must assess whether contacting a recipient is lawful and appropriate. Supabase, Render, Firebase, Saleshandy, PayTR, Stripe, maps, and other third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices.
9. CoTrip intellectual property
The CoTrip name, branding, software, interface, designs, and service content—excluding your content and third-party material—are owned by or licensed to CoTrip. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.
10. Suspension and account closure
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. You may request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive closure, including payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability terms, continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoTrip does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free data, campaign success, or third-party performance. CoTrip is not responsible for agreements or disputes between users and recipients. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by mandatory law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.
12. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively and will publish the current version with a revised date, providing additional notice for material changes. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
